About the Company
Intellomatic, the field sales management product built by Sovereign Solutions, is the day-to-day operating system for thousands of field agents across some of the largest enterprises in the region. From journey planning to expense tracking, attendance evidence to customer mapping, Intellomatic gives field teams a single mobile-first surface to manage their work, and gives their managers full visibility into what is happening on the ground.
Sovereign Solutions partnered with Tequity to handle end-to-end mobile application development - building new modules, hardening the platform, and supporting customer-specific deployments at enterprise clients including Adani.
The Challenge
Intellomatic operates in a high-stakes, low-tolerance environment:
- Mission-critical field usage: Field agents depend on the app every working hour. Any production bug translates directly into lost field productivity.
- Heavy customization across tenants: Different customers (Citylife, Adani, Growmatic, and others) need different rules, screens, and workflows.
- Aging React Native codebase: As the platform scaled, the existing codebase needed a major React Native upgrade, code consolidation, and performance work.
- Enterprise security requirements: Large enterprise customers required rigorous VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) clearance.
Solution Implemented by Tequity
Tequity has run a multi-year recurring engineering engagement on Intellomatic, delivering across nearly every module of the product:
PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and Visit Management:
- Show last update on mobile, current/upcoming/completed visit segmentation
- Visit-order-based start/check-in restrictions
- Beat plan creation, route directions, visit priority, road distance
- POI display, custom map layers, and Here Maps feature plugin
- Customer follow-up dates and customer filtering
Expense and Attendance:
- Expense management with PJP sync, expense summaries, expense type display
- On-duty / off-duty mode toggling and tracking
- Attendance evidence configuration (odometer, selfie) for both modes
- Force off-duty functionality
- Geofence rule updates when no workplace is found
Geofencing Upgrade: Migrated the geofence engine from radius-based to polygon-based for significantly better real-world accuracy.
Tenant-Specific Builds: Created Sovereign Check-In, a forked build of the Intellomatic React Native app with all Adani-specific use cases.
